Administrative Assistant for Engineering firm in Beirut.
Administrative duties such as managing schedules, maintaining records and documents, typing , copying, scanning, updating files, office supplies etc…
Draft, review and send communications on behalf of company executive ( calls and mails)
Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executive
Coordinate and execute the requests of colleagues to facilitate the company work (preparing schedules, monthly reports, presentations etc.)
Working on accounting system: Sale Invoicing, preparing receipts, Payment schedules, Cash flow schedules, Cost Control, Credit and managing Petty Cash
Managing all office needs.
