Job Description:

As a hostess at Sanad Members Club, you will be the face of our establishment, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our valued patrons. Your responsibilities will include:

* Greeting guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.

* Assisting guests with reservations, seating arrangements, and inquiries.

* Managing telephone calls and providing accurate information to callers.

* Coordinating with the restaurant and events teams to ensure smooth operations.

* Contributing to a positive and memorable experience for our members and guests.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

Lebanese nationality (Passport required).

Previous experience in a similar role.

Excellent communication skills in English.

Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, customer-oriented attitude.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as per the club’s schedule.
